At Ratan Jaipur, we take pride in our handcrafted heritage and want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless returns process within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all home textiles and apparel items are unused, unwashed, and retain their original artisanal packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Carefully pack the items in their original box; our team will review your request and authorize a pickup once the return reason is verified.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  A courier partner will be scheduled to collect the package from your doorstep within 2-3 business days of approval at no additional cost for domestic orders.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the product reaches our Jaipur warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
